Better than Chrome but in my opinion if you like vivaldi flow use this with a little bit hardening like ads settings, uBlock origin, change DNS, and use DuckDuckGo or Startpage for serach and use container to separete cookie and this type of "better privacy rules" this should incerease your privacy but its not good option if you want maximalize privacy as possible in this field. Imo firefox esr with hardening + uBlock and good setting is the best option I recomend https://brainfucksec.github.io/firefox-hardening-guide-2025 this tutorial for proper firefox hardening in 2025.

But remeber browser is one partt of your security and privacy ecosystem.
To summerize all if you want maximize privacy don't use Vivaldi but if max privacy is not your goal use vivaldi without an account and with more privacy settings.
