The big scarlet redesign

Fred Moolekamp and I published the original scarlet method in 2017/2018, and it's been doing fine, but over the years several things started to stand in the way. Hence, scarlet2. I've written down my thought about the redesign and its motivations in a blog post here. Head over there and check it out, otherwise entire thing won't make any sense.

I've also decided to try a much more open development style, reaching out to you to think of ways to make scarlet2 better. We'll be using Discussions as a place to
