Update default 'rev' to Fedora 36 for the guest

I intend to update the default Fedora guest to 36 soon. Switching your env to it would need a --rebuild=wipe, but if you have a 35-based env, this shouldn't disrupt it - only after the next wipe you'll find yourself in 36.
