I need an onHover even on pivot controls

Having onHover available for pivotControls would be very helpful so I can disable some other interactions when hovering over pivot controls so that only the pivotControls get the onPointerDown event when clicking.

Drag controls already has it, and it's a simple addition with no down sides.
