Outdated Syntax in Presentation Controls Documentation

Problem description:

The Presentation Controls documentation appears to be outdated. Several API fields were modified in this commit to support React 19, but the docs still reflect the pre-React 19 syntax.

Additionally, the Bouncy Watch CodeSandbox example linked in the documentation uses an older version of @react-three/drei, which continues to accept the legacy props.
