Download Canvas fixed size

Hello, I have a problem and a question. I create a canvas and via toDataURL I create an image and then I download the image. But the image is as big as the canvas. Is it possible that the image I download always has a fixed size of 1920*1080?

I am grateful for any help and preferably with a short explanation.

the canvas is as big as the next relative/absolute div it sits in.

So there is no way that will save me a 1024x768px canvas into a 1920x1080px image?

i dont know if the dom can do it, maybe try stackoverflow. you can resize the canvas to any size you want otherwise, but scaling toDataURL, no idea how.
