[v10] Update Awesome R3F Page

We have in the main Readme but its kinda old and needs updating. I think a better page in the Docs or even a Awesome R3F repo would be a better tool for the ecosystem outline. 

A separate repo would be better for community contributions (PRing here is scary) but our docs should have some info too for at least our internal tools and then point to the repo
