Creating Modal Sheet Effect Codesandbox

Hello,

I'm modifying the official example to make an iOS partial modal sheet.

What I want it is:

1. when a user clicks on the button the modal opens in half (working now)
2. Then when swipe up, the modal opens in full height of viewport. (need help)
3. When swiping down, the modal closes (working now)

So, it feels more like an iOS Modal Partial Sheet.
