Can I disable the white ring in XR?

I have a react-three/xr project that I'm working on, and when you enter into XR/VR there's a white ring stuck to the floor - which I'd like to turn off. Is there a setting for XRStore when initialising? I cannot share the whole project as it's under NDA. But the minimal code being using is just Canvas and XR - I stripped everything else out and it was still there :)

(this is looking down at my feet when pressing enter XR and play)

Any ideas?

This ring is from the emulator, it won't show in reality.
