Hello,
I just had a conversation with Ven. Anandajoti about script conversion. He sent me the attached document, which has a table on page 15 to convert from Roman to Phonetic Chinese. It was compiled by Ven. Mahinda, a Pa Auk teacher who has been hugely instrumental in introducing Theravada into modern China.
I have compiled the data as a tsv, which is also attached.
I hope this can be script number 18!
