Where can I find a example of the script which automatically updates the tiles in storage after each osm2pgsql update ?

This will depend on how you generate your list of expired tiles. If you're generating whole tiles then cat expired.txt | tilekiln generate tiles is what you want. If you're generating specific layers you want cat expired-layers.txt | tilekiln generate tilelayers
