Create use case recordings

The aim is to create some use case recordings and publish them to wiki as examples.
We could add use cases for managing:
- [x] SharePoint Online (maybe a few of those like one for some scaffolding other for permission management and reporting etc)
- [x] Teams
- [ ] Planner
- [x] Power Automate
- [ ] Power Platform
- [x] Creating apps in Entra
- [ ] Purview
