Add-PnPPage is not working?

Hi,

It seems like this Add-PnPPage cmdlet is having some issue.

I tested it with SPO Admin user, that is also site admin on that specific site. The site is fresh new communication site.
I connected to the site with -Interactive switch (for MFA), as well as without it for non-MFA temp admin account. Both tests had the same result.

Command:
Add-PnPPage -Name test.aspx

Error returned:
Add-PnPPage: The file /sites/testsitename/SitePages/test.aspx does not exist.

PnP.PowerShell versions 1.7.0 and 1.7.43-nightly tested.

AND I'm also having that same error with Invoke-PnPSiteTemplate cmdlet, when it tries to create site stubs. Is it just coincidence? :)

These popped up while banging my head with this site export/import case.

This problem was caused by old Powershell Core version (7.1.0). Update to latest Powershell Core (7.1.4) resolved this issue.
