Expected or Desired Behavior

We have configured PnP Search in SharePoint Online. We're using PnP - Search Box, PnP - Search Results, PnP - Search Filters.
We've added queryAlterationResponse also which fetches the data whenever there is a suggestion

Observed Behavior

We're not able to get 'Did you mean' suggestions for any or every wrong spelling we enter in search box.
For few words we do get 'Did you mean' suggestion but for other we don't.
Functionality doesn't seems consistent with all wrong spelling.

Help Required

We would like to understand how Query Suggestion works as we have added required data in the custom layout.
