Getting Postback , every time I try to create new site scripts

Whenever I am trying to create a site scripts from blank, it is giving me a post back and taking me to the home screen of the component.
Also, same behavior is happening whenever I am trying to add a new action in an existing site scripts using the '+' button.

Could you please describe on what context you are using the solution ?

If you tried to add the solution on classic pages. It is not will never be supported since it's designed to work on modern UI only
