Add option for in-band registration?

Due to the way the wrapper is build one can not use in client account registration right now.

However apparently one can load the registration page directly:
Add #converse/register to the URL to load the registration page

So maybe it is possible to load a minimal conversejs instance (embedded?) And just show that?

This seems to work only if you temporarily connect to a BOSH server?

Seems not like the best solution if people don't have a account on a server yet at all... and it is not very privacy conscious to ping an external server like that.
