No access to DSM - URGENT

Hello,
I juste install TinyCore (v0.10.0.0) for DS3622xsp-7.1.0-42661, running on Proxmox VE. Everything went well during the config and the build and i have after that this screen.

My rooter sees the IP online but impossible to see the IP with an IP scan or to see the DSM with find page or find windows ap.
Any idea? I'm in stress my Synology NAS just passed out and i need to mount my disk to continuous to work. tks to all for your help.
