display kubernetes providers with a button to create instance

Display the list of Kubernetes providers, with a button redirecting to the page of creation of a new instance.

Needs:

• get the Kubernetes providers from extensions podman-desktop#14167
• navigate to the page to create an instance of provider podman-desktop#14180
