bug: dates have different format

When received initially (when the informers are started, they are listing all the resources using a list operation), the dates of the resources are in Date format, but when received through a watch event (ADD/ UPDATE), they are in string format (ISO without milliseconds: 2025-11-18T08:20:01Z)
