Input Mask for phone number should recognize if you enter a short phone without area code and adjust display mask appropriately submitted via Slack by jimtrue

At present, if you type in a number without an area code, it accepts the entry but chops off the last digit, so if you enter 555-1212 it treats the mask as area-code and regional code and chops off the 2 at the end but accepts the entry. If the mask was for a phone number, it should kick an error that the complete number wasn't entered.

A Better solution might be to have the ability to enter a default Area Code and Country code and if you only type in 7 numbers, it recognizes that as the 'end' of the phone number and adds the area code.
