Pods List Item Widget should evaluate current post magic tags submitted via Slack by jimtrue

If I'm putting the following in a where clause on the List Items Widget:

taxonomy_type.term_id = {@taxonomy_type.term_id} it should pick up the reference and pull the taxonomy.term_id from the current post (if I'm on a single detail page).

Is it possible for us to add some kind of functionality (like we did with Pods - Single Item Widget) to recognize magic tags from the current post?

At present to make something like this work (without resorting to PHP):

Use a single item widget calling a template that calls a shortcode with the above where clause inside it calling another template with the list I'm trying to build. That's way too convoluted.

I know widgets are 'technically' outside the loop, but in this kind of situation, I just want it to evaluate the magic tags from the current post.
