Field for Notes in Pods Templates

Problem to Solve

Need the ability to add notes about why you did something in a Pods template or where it is used.

Peter's Post Notes will do this but it is not being updated and I have yet to find an alternative that will allow for notes on non public post types. With other non public Post Types, I could simply add my own field by extending the Post type but Pods Templates are not extendable.

Proposed Solution

Add a field that displays in the template list or make Pods templates extendible.
