Trying to compile on arch linux variant & Void MUSL

Hi, I'm trying to get ulatencyd to compile on the arch linux variant I run, Artix, OpenRC arch.
Unfortunately its having trouble finding procps-ng, and I'm not sure where the directory is supposed to be set to :( its procps-ng not just procps that I have.

Same thing happens when I try to compile ulatencyd on void linux MUSL,

plus this when I try to run ulatencyd(installed from the void pkg manager) :
