Right now there is confusion on how to depend on this library because technically people need to use the old repository URL.

@compnerd Just wanted to poke you in case you were unaware of potential issues with the Windows workflow. We had a passing build as recent as 4 days ago and it began to fail with no changes to the library code.

I think that your builder image was updated and led to that issue. There seems to be some change to the Visual Studio headers.

This is caused by the Windows SDK update, you can use -windows-sdk-version to select a specific version that should allow you to use a SDK older than 10.0.26100.0 which are currently supported.
