Vectorbt Import error

Hi All,

Please help, I have installed vectorbt, however, when I am importing it from code, the following error appears.

ImportError: cannot import name 'Unauthorized' from 'telegram.error' (/Applications/anaconda3/lib/python3.9/site-packages/telegram/error.py)

Same issue when using Python3.8 with a virtual environment.

Installed using /path/to/venv/bin/python -m pip install -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple vectorbt[full] --upgrade

Seems vectorbt[full] will install an incompatible python-telegram-bot version

But trying this /path/to/venv/bin/python -m pip install -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple vectorbt[full] "python-telegram-bot<2.0.0" --upgrade will introduce ImportError: cannot import name 'take_1d' from 'pandas.core.algorithms' (/path/to/venv/lib/python3.8/site-packages/pandas/core/algorithms.py)

Okay, typed the wrong python-telegram-bot version.

/path/to/venv/bin/python -m pip install -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple "python-telegram-bot<20.0.0"

This would work

python-telegram-bot 13.15
