second budget allocation is missing in the budget activity

If you run the following beancount file with the latest release 0.5.9

backup.beancount.txt

you'll see that on the first month "2025-08", there is a budget allocation of 60 BHD for fast food. However, on the next month the allocation of 130 BHD to the same budget is missing.

I have a found a solution to this, for which I will soon raise a PR.
