Email Notifications when 10+ Webhook Events Failed

I would like to be notified when my app isn't currently receiving webhook events so i can track the issue without losing some customers and getting in loss

We send an email out these days when your webhook endpoint is automatically disabled.

As the title of this issue mentions, you now get an email notification when 10 consecutive webhook events have failed. We then automatically disable your webhook until you've had the chance to investigate the issue and re-enable the webhook, after which everything will be processed.
