Allow "Pay What You Want" Products with a Free Option (Zero Price) Without Separate Listing

A customer wants to offer a product where customers can "pay what you want", including the option to pay nothing (i.e., get it for free).

Currently, to achieve the desired, two separate products and a listing is created which is confusing for end-customers and adds unnecessary complexity.

The feature request is to allow a single product listing to accept a price of zero (free), as well as any higher amount, under a "pay what you want" model.
