Support VND (Vietnamese Dong) as a payment currency

Feature Request

Add support for VND (Vietnamese Dong) as an accepted payment currency on Polar.

Context

Merchants targeting Vietnamese customers currently cannot price or accept payments in VND, forcing customers through a currency conversion that adds friction and cost.

Desired Behavior

Allow merchants to set product prices in VND and accept payments in VND natively, consistent with the broader multi-currency support planned in the roadmap.
