Exchange Github account associated to the Fellowship

I want to exchange my github and matrix account associated with the fellowship.

Once this is done, please advise so that your new GH account can be given permissions in the Fellowship GH org. Note that your old GH account will be permanently removed from the Fellowship GH org.
