Require security and backup processes from customers?

Should the license terms require customers to implement security and backup measures to mitigate the risk of software malfunction or vulnerability?

I think it's OK to disclaim obligation or liability for that for the vendor, but I don't see the value of requiring it as a covenant from the licensee. I think these agreements should be light on licensee covenants.
