App doesn't work

I bought the Windows Store version. The app is open but when I select an image in explorer and press space nothing happens. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling.

I installed the Windows Store version too. I can open images when pressing space. Which image file type does not work and which version of Windows do you have?
