Unable to recover wallet

Hello,

I’m currently unable to restore my OTP wallet (it was previously 1Wallet) and would really appreciate your assistance.

I have all the required recovery details, including the .recover1wallet file and access to my Google Authenticator. However, whenever I attempt the recovery process, it keeps stating that the codes are not matching.

I’ve tried multiple recovery methods:

• Recovery file + Google Authenticator – In the third step, the authenticator entry name includes a time reference, but the time shown there is one hour different from what appears in my authenticator app.

• I receive the error stating that the codes are incorrect.

• When attempting recovery via Export QR code, I get the error message:
“Seed QR code does not match 1wallet identification key at the address. If this is unexpected, please report this bug to us.”

I haven't checked the address, but most likely the wallet is expired. Have you tried retiring the wallet and have the funds sent to recovery address?
