Description
Section #6.4.1 says:
"When an actor requests the ID-Cert of a home server [...] that ID-Cert mustn't contain cache and validity information.".
This should likely be changed to something saying that it can contain that information, but that actors may ignore the cache validity information because it makes no real sense to store them as an actor. Either that, or another solution should be found, since this conflict cannot stay.
