Description
Tracking (parent) issue for the second beta of the polyproto protocol.
Focus
beta.2 focuses on improving the protocol as a whole based on the experiences made when implementing beta.1 into other pieces of software. It should also address the few things still marked as "TODO" in the first beta of the protocol.
