Proposed Restructure

## Proposal
* Rename repo `polywrap/wrap-abi`
* Restructure the repo's folder structure like so:
```
abi/
  ...abi json-schema & typings
abi-bindgen/
  ...current repo files
schema/
  parse/
    ...@polywrap/schema-parse js package
  compose/
    ...@polywrap/schema-compose js package
```
