[feat?] Speed up screenshots (esp. on wayland) using jpg image format.

I have tested wayland / grim at doing screenshots and figured out that it works much faster if saving to jpg format(50ms vs 300ms for same cases). It would be nice to have an ability to use jpg (thus improve speed) in functions like `grab(bbox=...)`.
