Support for custom post types

Can we find an elegant way to support multiple custom post types?

Had a few requests for this functionality - here's an example below

Thanks for the response Jamie. While I often create my own custom fields and post types my main reason for asking was that I have a couple of projects using the very popular hbook plugin for hotel etc booking. The custom post type being Accommodation. I use Toolset to expand on that as well with custom fields, but support for hbook injection would be cool.
