Cannot move applications to Library Home via right-click menu #314
Description
Steps to reproduce
Open Applications and select one of the app groups on the bottom such as Office or System. Then right click on any application icon and select the "Move to library home" menu item.
Actual Behavior:
Nothing happens.
Expected Behavior:
Application icon will begin to appear in the main Library Home section of Applications.
