Sound panel change to default output when I tried to incrase or decrease my volume.

When I interact with the volume slider in the COSMIC top panel/dock to increase or decrease the volume of my Sound Bar, the system unexpectedly switches the default audio output to a different device instead of adjusting the volume.

However, controlling the volume using the keyboard media keys works perfectly fine. The issue seems isolated to the GUI interaction with the sound applet.

i have a similar issue with the intel tiger lake outputs, it will switch to hdmi outputs.
doesn't happen when i switch to a bluetooth audio output tho
