Describe the bug
Minimized window tooltip is permanently shown in top bar panel

Steps to reproduce the behavior
Minimize a window and have the minimized windows applet activated in the top bar panel.

Now hover with the mouse over a minimized window. A tooltip is shown with the title of the minimzed window.
When I now click on the minimzed window to restore the window, the tooltip remains visible and does not disappear

Expected behavior
Tooltip disappears after minimized window was restored
