I used niri for around a week and I think this would be a very nice addition to cosmic, would love to have this feature |

tiling window managers are so old hat, all the kool kids are doing scrolling window managers, imagine being limited to the horizontal space of your physical screen, couldn't be me /s
no but seriously using a TWM for the first time felt like enlighment, it was eye opening, it was so much more productive. until I went back to a small display (laptop) and suddenly i was in workspace switching and stacking purgatory. trying out niri briefly has been... quite interesting, not as groundbreaking but i feel like its a nice bump in productivity. having 3 windows (browser docs, neovim and terminal) side by side and scrolling between which 1 or 2 out of the 3 are visible feels smoother than the same thing done with workspaces and moving things between workspaces as my needs change. but cosmic just has that polished, well-integrated and
