Mouse location when switching between screens

I barely use the mouse when working. When I switch between screens with a shortcut, the mouse will sit in the middle of the screen of the active display. Would be great, if the mouse location would either stay where it initially has been or be a little less intrusive by being place at the bottom corners or something like this (an option to choose from would be even better).
