Cosmic file picker can't handle .iso files

Describe the bug
I was trying to create a virtual machine in GNOME boxes, and the COSMIC file picker can't handle .iso files and the file picker says "Invalid UTF-8"

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open gnome boxes
2. Click "Install from file"

Expected behavior
The cosmic file picker can handle .iso files

experiencing same issues because of this problem i installed xfce alongside cosmic

Can confirm aswell on Gnome Boxes Flatpak on Fedora Atomic.

Workaround: Right click iso in Cosmic Files and open with Gnome Boxes

I looked into this a bit in the duplicate issue: #1435 (comment)

Summary is that GNOME Boxes is sending invalid data to Cosmic Files according to both dbus-monitor and a critical string assertion failure in their console output. Next clue is likely from the GNOME Boxes side.

Then why I don't have this issue on KDE or GNOME and only on COSMIC? it seems like something that COSMIC should fix

Workaround: Right click iso in Cosmic Files and open with Gnome Boxes

Also flatpak run org.gnome.Boxes file.iso
