Describe the bug
When both panel and dock are automatically hidden, the dock overlaps the panel:

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Both panel and dock have to be automatically hidden
2. Both have to spread to the borders of the monitor
3. Both have to be showing (no fullscreen window)

Expected behavior
when both are showing, one has to resize, exactly as when they are not automatically hidden.
