how to repeat the conditions of this bug on your device

preparation

1. enable the screenreader

control conditions

2. open any app that the screenreader can read the content of ( I tested it on a Firefox-window)
3. mouse over the app and leave you mouse on the app
4. take a mental note of what the reader is saying, so that you know what the start of the screenreader's message is.
5. interrupt the screenreader by pressing the shift-key to reset this test

experimental conditions

6. open the same app as on step 2
7. mouse over the app and leave you mouse on the app
8. compare your mental note of the screenreader's message
9. press the printscreen-key to open the screenshot-tool

results

10. the screenreader shall be interrupted
11. press the escape-key to close the screenshot-tool
12. the screenreader shall start all over again at the beginning of its message, it shall not continue where it is left or where it should have been if it was only muted.
