Not all menus respect the "Interface Density" option #1167
Description
I've already created a bug report about this in the past, but it's probably better to have it here pop-os/cosmic-epoch#2953
And it's not just the titlebars (both SSD and CSD have these issues) and the options like "file", "edit", "view", but also the right click menu on the terminal doesn't follow the Interface Density option
I've set it to "Compat" which the right click on Files does follow, but not the right click on the terminal
