Wonky looking characters in Microsoft Edge with default font when scaling factor is 1.00 or below

Brand new install of Pop!.
Using default fonts and all, haven't done much besides installing a few things.

I installed Microsoft Edge, and noticed that all text which isn't part of the web pages, and the tab which opens when you click "settings" in Edge, looks wonky.
So this applies to for example the names of the bookmarks on the bookmarks tab, the characters in the URL field, etc.

When changing the scaling factor of the fonts (in my case via gnome-tweaks) to anything above 1.00, the characters turn normal.

For reference, I did not experience this behavior in Firefox, OS menus etc, but did have it appear in the chat message field in Discord as well.

Been testing some more, and I've had this randomly reappear here and there in for example Microsoft Teams as well (although the PWA version so likely Edge related), even with scaling at 1.01. I then had to adjust it to 1.03 for the fonts to correct themselves, then I could scale back down to 1.01 and it restored itself.
