Print not directed to Virtual ZPL printer

I just installed the Github virtual zpl printer on a new PC. I'm connecting it to the D365 document routing agent. I'm signed into the agent. When I print a label it shows up on the document routing list. My printer is started but never prints. I also cannot print a test label when I try test it displays the test label zpl but the send button is not available. The connection test to Labelary is successful. I had it installed on my old PC with no issues
Any suggestions?
