Issue: Brave doesn't remember the size of the previous window (on reboot)

Hi,
Using this port of the Brave browser.
I'm having some problems.

1. When I close the browser and reopen it, it doesn't remember the size of the previous window.
   In fact, when I reopen it, it always opens in full screen.

2. There's no way to scale the UI.
